Scheduling
Scheduling occurs at the beginning of each sprint and is communicated to the team on the same day. At BetterCommerce we have two-week release cycle.
Based on client priorities and approval from the product team for change requests, tickets are added to the product board for the sprint.
Task allocation takes place once the sprint items are finalized by the Product Team.
Daily follow-ups on tasks occur throughout the sprint to update the status, especially in case of blockers.

Week 1:
- Monday to Friday: Development (Days 1 to 5).
Week 2:
- Monday and Tuesday: Testing in DEV and Bug Fixes (Days 6 and 7).
- Wednesday and Thursday: Testing in BETA (Days 8 and 9).
- Friday : Preparation for the release and sprint 2 planning (Day 10).
Week 3:
- Monday: Swap to LIVE and Monitoring (Day 10).
- Tuesday: Release Branch Sync (Day 11).
Continuous Cycle: Following the swap to LIVE on Monday, the next cycle begins immediately with development starting for the next set of features and fixes, ensuring a continuous and structured release schedule.
