Manual Testing Process

Introduction

A robust manual testing system is essential for the success of any product. We aim to have a comprehensive set of manual test suites executed regularly, and mandatorily before and after every release.

Testing Schedule

  • Regular Intervals:
    • Execute the comprehensive manual test suite.
  • Pre-Release:
    • Perform manual testing before every release.
  • Post-Release:
    • Conduct manual testing after every release.

Reporting

  • Manual Testing Team Lead:
    • Publish a report demonstrating the differences before and after each release.

Test Suite Maintenance

  • Standard Test Suite:
    • Regularly update with new features and internally or client-reported bugs.
  • Sprint-Specific Test Cases:
    • Write test cases tied to specific tickets for each sprint.
